NAOMI’S SHRIMP BOIL & RUG DANCE
Saturday, July 24th from 5:00 until ?. Each year, longtime CZC member Naomi Ashworth graciously hosts a party for CZC at her charming farm out in Toney featuring a genuine Cajun shrimp boil, complete with shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes! The party this year will be held (rain or shine). Naomi puts down a wooden dance floor in the back yard for our dancing pleasure and Jam Master Hal Beech will start spinning CZ CD's starting around 5:00. Thankfully, Martin will be in charge of cooking the shrimp boil again this year and plans on having the food ready about 5:30-ish. The dancin’ and socializin’ will continue until it ends. Great fun indeed! Hope to see you there!!
Things to Bring:
A potluck dish to share
Beverage of your choice (we'll provide water and lemonade)
Lawn chair
Insect repellant (we'll spray beforehand, but they still tend to come out!)
Folding table if you have one and can transport it for extra food serving space.

Directions To Naomi’s: Take University Dr (Hwy 72W) or Ardmore Hwy/Jordan Lane (Hwy 53) to Jeff Rd. Turn right on Jeff and follow to Carter's Gin Rd (about 7 miles from Highway 72 or 1.5 miles from Highway 53). Note: Look for Sparkman Middle School (not Sparkman High School!!), it sits at the corner of Jeff and Carter’s Gin. Turn right onto Carter’s Gin.
