What Bayou Trading Company (no current link)
The What Bayou Trading Company is a kind of record store/gift shop/welcome
center/information booth. Blake Castille plays guitar in the Hadley J. Castille
band and he and his wife Cheryl run the What Bayou Trading Company across
from the town square in Opelousas, Louisiana. One of the really great things they
do is maintain a web site listing regional events and there you can find Entrevue
Avec Hadley

interviews that Hadley and Blake conduct with musicians. It is an interesting
peek into the region's culture and a worthwhile project they devote quite some
time to.
