A button ad will be included in each newsletter sent out while your contract is in effect for any of
the above zones.

Top right (under Site Map link): 94 pixels wide x 250 pixels high
Lower left (under Links in menu): 115 pixels wide x 210 pixels high
Bottom of page: 545 pixels wide x 120 pixels high
Newsletter button: 100 pixels wide x 50 pixels high
Rules and Policies
- Ads are purchased for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.
- Ads do not rotate with other clients ads, giving you full exposure at all times.
- Ad clicks to your designated URL will launch in a new window.
- Ads will be static GIF or JPEG images and 72dpi resolution.
- ALT text should be no greater than 8 words.
- It is best to contact us before ordering or paying for an ad to help ensure we are clear about
your order.
- Please make arrangements for ads at least 2 weeks prior to the start date. Payment MUST
be received prior to start date for the ad to run.
- We DO NOT guarantee number of click throughs, any product inquiries or purchases.
- We DO NOT accept questionable ads or ads for adult sites. We reserve the right to
determine what is questionable or adult in nature.
- CZC reserves the right to decline ad contracts from any advertiser.
- Development assistance may be available for most ads and will be billed at $50/hour.
Refunds and Cancellations
CZC understands that sometimes "life happens". But on the other hand, we also hope that you
will understand that business must go on. Therefore, our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:
Ad slots cancelled 14 calendar days or more before the ad is scheduled to run, qualify for a full
refund in the same format that payment was received (check, money order, PayPal, etc.) Any ads
cancelled 13 days or less prior to the ad's scheduled run date will only be refunded if we are able
to sell that specific spot to another party. If the spot does not sell, we are afraid that we will be
unable to refund the payment. However, should you desire to keep a credit on our books for a
future ad instead of requesting a refund, or if we are unable to sell your spot, full credit will be
given toward the purchase of a future ad. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
